such as a manufacturer, retailer, or distributor. This rate is available only
for attendees from the same company. There must be one attendee registered at
the member or non-member rate in order to receive the discounted additional
company employee rate.

Golf Registration
Registration for this four-man scramble is $85.00 per person and you can sign up for golf at the same time you register for the conference. Play will run from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14. Pairings will be completed prior to the conference and emailed the day before play begins.
If you have already registered for the conference and are interested in participating in the Golf Outing, please follow the instructions below:
- Click this link to go to the Attendee Resource Center.
- Log-in by entering your first and last name as you registered and confirmation number included in your registration confirmation email (there is a retrieval link on the website if you do not remember your confirmation number).
- After you are logged-in, select the "Click here to Edit Product Information" option in blue.
- Click on the Golf Tournament option then scroll down and fill out your pairing preferences and/or golf handicap then select "next."
- Verify your selection is correct then click "next."
- Fill out your credit card payment information then select "make payment."
- You will be directed to a confirmation screen that you can print for your records.

Cancellation/Substitution Policies
All cancellations must be received in writing no later than February 17,
2014. All monies will be refunded minus a $75 processing fee. After
February 17, there are no refunds. Registrations may, however, be
transferred to another employee at your facility. Transfer requests must
be made in writing to [email protected].
