� Compensation package to include a base salary in the $125-135k range plus 30% bonus and long-term incentive program. Promotional opportunities to a Senior Director Worldwide Transportation capacity. Multi-billion dollar company. CTP a plus.

Position is located in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area
Travel approximately 20-25%

Responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and directing a high-volume, private fleet transportation operation across 10 distribution centers and 3rd party carriers
Managing P&L; for outbound transportation and developing transportation budgets for each DC.

- Establishing KPI�s, measuring fleet/3rd party performance, and implementing continuous improvement plans.

- Directing systems strategy and implementation as it relates to On-board computers, EDI, and TMS/dispatch systems.
- Maximizing backhaul revenue.

- Managing 2 direct reports and 10 indirect reports in the field.�
