Growth potential for this role into a Director level capacity

Brand new position that will be responsible for:
Managing all domestic outbound transportation for multiple distribution centers with a private fleet

Budget preparation
Hiring, scheduling, training and managing operations managers and 100+ drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff
Managing special projects and safety-related programs
Coordinating efforts amongst Directors, Buyers, Regional Managers, and District Managers�
