NASSTRAC – 2020 Carrier of the Year Award

Please use the link below to access your NASSTRAC 2020 Carrier of the Year Award Ballot. Through its annual Carrier of the Year Awards Program, NASSTRAC recognizes carriers that have demonstrated excellence in transportation and their support of NASSTRAC. This program also helps shippers to identify the best of the best in carrier performance and value. Only Regular members of NASSTRAC who are qualified buyers of transportation services will be grading the carriers on a quantitative scale in five key areas:

• Customer Service

• Operational Excellence

• Pricing

• Business Relationship

• Leadership/Technology

The carriers are required to be members of NASSTRAC/CSCMP. Please note we have omitted the Parcel Category. It was a difficult decision, but it was felt that UPS and FedEx, having no other competitors, communicated their message to us by canceling all support of shipper associations including NASSTRAC and CSCMP. After over 30 years of partnership and support it was difficult to accept that we need to move on without them, but that is what had to be done. We also combined the LTL categories and merged expedite and specialty carrier categories.

Award winners will be announced at the NASSTRAC Spring Meeting in Washington D.C., April 27-28 and will be recognized in NASSTRAC/CSCMP publications.
