Shippers and transportation providers being consumed by recent events haven’t had time to consider the impacts of regulatory and legislative events concerning containerized trade, USMCA, freight infrastructure, and other regulations. This panel will look beyond the rhetoric and discuss the potential challenges and what the new normal may look like. And, more importantly, how this impacts your transportation network. Join panelists Karyn Booth, NASSTRAC General Counsel, Chris Burroughs, VP of Government Affairs at TIA and Bill Sullivan, VP of Government Affairs at ATA as they share their insights.

Peter DeFazio, Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure committee as he outlines his new Infrastructure Bill and how his committee is leading the charge to get adequate funding for this ambitious undertaking. They will also discuss the current climate in Washington and other topics affecting supply chains.
