Golf Mixer Details:

• Register yourself or up to 4 people at a time
• Golf Mixer Registration includes greens fees, golf cart rental, locker room usage, service fees, taxes, and tournament services.
• All participants are required to adhere to the rules of the club. • Dress Code: No denim (shorts or slacks). Collared shirt and Bermuda-length shorts required. Soft spikes are required.
• Registration and payment must be received no later than April 12, 2013. Any cancellation after April 12 is 100% your financial responsibility.

Club Rental:
Participants who need to rent clubs/equipment are responsible for their own rental club charges. Rental clubs are available at a price per set of $50 plus 6.5% sales tax (price includes one sleeve of golf per set). Callaway clubs are available.
